Thank you for choosing Simply Beautiful Hair Designs as your Natural Hair Care Salon!  We welcome you. A Pre-paid Deposit, for full balance of service is required for the first (3) appointments for all new clients. If you are a returning client who has not been serviced in 6 or more months, a pre-paid, full-payment deposit will be required in advance, before we can book your appointment.  This Deposit is Non-Refundable.  After your third visit, you may pay at the end of your service.

Late Arrivals

Things happen, please call 256-489-2100 if you are running more than 5 minutes late.  You have a 15 minute grace period. If you do not notify Simply Beautiful in a timely manner, you may forfeit your appointment to someone else or have to be worked in.


We understand that life is full of changes; we simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you think this will affect your appointment time.  As long as it is 72 hours (business days) or more prior to your appointment time, we will be glad to get you rescheduled. Of course there may be exceptions made for major emergencies, which are left up to managerial discretion. You may reschedule twice (2x) by giving the proper 72 hour notice, and still maintain your security deposit    Effective 6/1/16  


Deposits are non-refundable after an appointment has been made. A minimum of a 72 Hour notice is needed for cancellations.  Please call (256) 489-2100 during business hours or Text (256) 226-5287 after business hours, for cancellations. If you fail to give this adequate and fair notice, you may forfeit use of your paid balance or be charged a $20.00 late cancellation fee, before you can reschedule your next appointment.


Any notice given less than 72 hours (during business days), before your appointment, is considered a late cancellation.  A  $20.00  late cancellation fee may be charged in addition to service fee.  This must be paid before client can reschedule a new appointment with Simply Beautiful Hair Designs.      Effective 6/1/16
